About The Event
The 2023 Brock Leadership Summit is a by-invitation-only event that brings together the company’s leaders and decision makers to focus on the future of Brock. This three-day event is an opportunity to reflect on what we have accomplished together and discuss what is needed to propel ourselves forward through the next few years.
In addition, we have invited our key vendors to participate in the event in order for them to better understand our business so that they can possibly provide support to help us on our journey to win.
Dress code requirements:
- General meetings
- Business casual
- Awards Dinner (Wednesday night)
- Men: sports coat/blazer, collared shirt and dress pants
- Women: dress pants, blouse or dress/skirt
- No jeans
- Sponsor Excursion (invite only)
- Bring clothing for possible golf/fishing
- Team Building Event & Dinner (Thursday Night)
- Casual attire – will be outdoors

If you would like to extend your stay to visit the Disney parks, Brock attendees have access to special park rate packages that provide for mid-day access to the parks if your schedule allows. If you’d prefer full-day access after the Leadership Summit concludes, those tickets are available as well. Whichever option you choose, reserve your planned park visit early – as Disney requires everyone to register in advance for visits to their parks.
